If one of our treatments, services or products is faulty, 4.621 Pty. Limited T/A å tone will provide a full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, however, we are not able to refund for change of mind or change of circumstances.
A 50% deposit or credit card number is required for all appointments over $100 at the time of booking.
We require 24 hours’ notice if you intend to cancel your appointment.
Failure to provide the 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit not being refunded.
In the case of pre-paid treatments for which a discount has been applied at the time of purchase, failure to provide the 24 hours’ notice will result in the full cost of the treatment, service or product being forfeited.
